I booked Bariatric surgery with Mr Awad at Burcot Hospital - Sept 2023. From our initial consultation to the day of surgery Mr Awad was thorough, professional, made the process easy to understand and incredibly reassuring. Obviously a stressful day when having surgery but Mr Awad, the anaesthetist and the whole team were so reassuring and professional that the stress was reduced to a minimum. Post surgery Mr Awad checked in on me, confirmed the success of the operation, showed pictures of what had been done. Post surgery, the Tonic Team have been amazing - nurses, dieticians, psychotherapists and most importantly PT teams looking after you - with input on practically a daily basis. So supportive. I cannot praise Mr Awad and the Tonic Team enough and I literally feel I have been given a new lease of life.

Cannot recommend Mr Awad and the team at Tonic. The whole process from enquiry to surgery was easy and faultless. Mr Awad thoroughly explained the operation process which put me at ease. Mr Awad had been personally recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy I decided on him for my surgery. Care prior to surgery and the aftercare has been exemplary. Would highly recommend!
